CBC. Black with a lasting dark brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and whisky. Flavor is very sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 020515

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Cycle Batch 500 - Single Malt Whiskey (Tuesday) ].ABV: 10.5%. Clear black brown color with a small, virtually no appearance, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is light heavy malty, roasted, sweet malt, chocolate, dark chocolate, raisin, plum, prunes, wood. Flavor is light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, chocolate, whisky - alcohol, roasted, smoke - wood notes. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20150502]

CBC Red Session. Keg. Opaque brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is smooth and semi dry. Rich dark malts, nice dark chocolate. Little dark malt cream. Light dry finish. Rich and tasty.

[5/2/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 3rd session. Black with a brown head. Great aroma of chocolate, vanilla, bourbon, cookies. Sweet flavor with chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, caramel and cookies. Quite thick and full-bodied.

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, oak, caramel and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long roasted, coffee, chocolate, oak and vanilla finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ CBC 2015. Pours black with small brown head, lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, rich dark chocolate, caramel, licorice, wood, whisky, light alcohol. Flavor is rich malty, loads of dark chocolate, coffee, wood, licorice, whisky, alcohol. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, warming alcoholic finish. Very nice, allthough a tad boozy. 020515

Draught sample at CBC 2015. Pitch black with a thin, tanned head. Roasted aroma with caramel, chocolate, coffee, licorice and rich, dark malts. Taste is sweet-roasted. Full body with an oily texture. Finishes dry and roasted. Excellent Stout.

From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Red session. Black color with beige brown head. Malty aroma, light roasted, chocolate, some caramel, wood and whiskey alcoholic. Heavy sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium to full, silky body, soft carbonation, smoked finish.

From tap. Pours dark brown to black with a deep purple glare, no lasting head. Aroma is roasted malty, chocolate and breadish. Dark roasted malty and chocolate. Liqourice and slight hint of coffee. Lingering dark malty finish.

Tap @CBC15. Whisky and wood aroma, thick and sticky mouthfeel. Sweetisk sourish wood. Slightly boozy but smooth and soft. Good.
