Onze Hip Hop Saison werd vergist met het typische Belgische saison gist. Northern Brewer is gebruikt als bitterhop. Het aroma hop is Styrian Goldings, dit heeft een delicate smaak, iets pikant en grasachtig.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As De Keukenbrouwers Hip Hop Saison ].Clear and sparkling, a medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, herbs, sharp, light spicy, light grapes - apples. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, grapes - apples, green apple, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is lively. [20180623] 6-3-5-2-10

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head, little stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lots of orange peel (?), malty, honey, pretty oxidized, fruity, caramel. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very malty, bit oxidized, orange peel. some citrus, soft bitterness. Aftertaste: bit spicy, some coriander, grassy, citrus touch, bit sourish, fruity notes, orange juice, bit acidic, by not means would this ever be qualified as a saison... another beer style miss from de Keukenbrouwers... Should've just called it blond.

Bottle @ home. Clear yellow golden color, full sized white head that lasts for a decent while. Aroma is lightly malts, quite yeasty, orangepeel, some tart bitterness. Ok body, firm carbonation. Typical Belgian saison, don’t like it.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with elderflowers and marzipan. Sweetish with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Green apples, grain and elderflowers. Low bitterness.

Golden colour with light haze and massive, soapy head. Aromas of citrus oils and yeast. Flavour has a light, yeasty, funky tartness but also sugary sweet candy too. Pretty good except for the too high carbonation.

Bottle shared. Cloudy blond with a bubbly white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, citrus, weeds, nettles and light herbal notes. Flavour is above light sweet, light moderate bitter and a touch sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Licht troebel geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht friszuur met iets van citroen en rode bessen.
