Bottle, 5.5 % @ White Terror or Northern Alliance against the Bolsheviks, Sønderborg. Pours murky red grapefruit with bubbly white head. Clear, vinous aroma with mild estery notes. Sourish, vinous flavour with fruity notes and estery and hoppy touches. Lingering, vinous aftertaste. Decent.

Pours pale pink color with light pink head. Aromas of tart berries. Sour blueberry flavor with some oak. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Very nice.

Bottle at home random market grab. Very purple. Nose is lemony and blueberry. Tastes of blueberry, fruit punch, lemon, wood, some smarty candy. Semi tart and dry finish. Decent

Bought at Liquor Shed in Casper.
The dating is kind of messed up. It's supposed to be on the bottom of the can but it stretches over the lip. Best guess, 02/12/22? Or 21, that would make it the packaged date. I looked at several of the cans and none were easy to figure out.
It pours a clear copper with loads of bubbles and a long lasting head of foam with good lacing.
Smells fruity, blueberry is a tough one to smell in my past experiences. Oaky, vinous, and that unmistakable aroma of Brett.
Fruity taste, again, see my remarks regarding blueberries, vinous, Brett and oak, level of tartness...manageable for, I reckon, folks who are not into sours. After each sip, I find myself smacking my mouth to try to discover more. I have resolved myself to saying...more is not needed.
The mouthfeel doesn't seem to suffer from the lowish abv. Plenty of carbonation but not enough to make it disappointing.

Taster at the brewery - moderately hazy pink - minimal lace - mild blueberry in the nose, faint and dull funkiness - a little briny/salty up front - medium-high acidity - slightly thin texture, but the carbonation firms things up by the end - moderate oak - dry and one-dimensionally acidic before some mildly sweet and earthy blueberry pokes through in the otherwise fairly acidic finish - okay.

375 ml bottle. Hazy orange pink color with off white head. Yeasty and fruity aroma, barnyard notes, dusty, berries, some sugar notes. Sweet and acidic fruity taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Tap into a snifter showing translucent light pinkish/violet and well filtered. The nose shows very tart blueberries with a strong citric edge of lemons and zest. The palate is light bodied and well carbonated. A moderate citric zest throughout but a medium tartness with blueberries on the mid-palate and a robust citric acidity on the finish. This is something else.

Bottle big thanks to Danny. It pours hazy rose with a small, bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, tart, sherbet, sour blueberry, sherbet, jam and Victoria sponge. The taste is crisp, tart, juicy, sour blueberry, sherbet, bright acidity, Victoria sponge, sour green apple and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, tart and juicy. Nice juan.

Bottle shared at the Watford tasting, many thanks to Daniel for this one. A hazed peachy pink coloured pour with a a hazed off white head. Aroma is dusty sour, sweet blueberry pop tart, horsey bratty funk. Flavour is composed of of tart lemon, blueberry, woody fruit pips, super dry finish. Palate is crisp and sour and refreshing, pithy finish. Good stuff. Nice funky finish.

Bottle shared in Watford - big thanks to Daniel. Pours unclear orange-gold with a bubbly, white head. Tart berries in the nose, light spice, lemon. Light sweet flavour, pleasantly tart, with some flinty dryness, more lemon, Smarties candies, ripening blueberries. Light bodied with average carbonation. Drying on the finish, with tart blueberry, moderate acidity, faint lemon. Great stuff overall. Highly refreshing.
