Just re-released when I a few days before my visit to The Source. On tap. A watermelon juice looking pour with a tart blueberry aroma. The taste is highly acidic blueberry tartness, some glue kind of gummy character and a bit of yoghurty sweetness in the finish. Odd but satisfying.

375 ml bottle, bottled April 2015, from Firma Bier.
Copper-pink, hazy body, with a tiny, dissipating head.
Aroma of funk, oak, unripe sour fruits, sweet-sour blueberries, some vinegar, some yoghurt.
Tastes of some funk, oak, sour citrus, green apples, pears, blueberries, red berries, subtle vinegar.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes smooth, medium sour, a bit wooden, with a lot of more sweet blueberries finally.

Tasty. Very well balanced and smooth to drink, the sourness isn’t overpowering. The blueberries aren’t that obvious in the taste, but much more in the finish. Overall not among my favourite fruited Sours, but really lovely stuff nonetheless.

375ml bottle shared by Brad. Interesting natural blueberry aroma. Purple red body, unfiltered. Jammy, sweet aroma. White oily head. Intense sour, intense blueberry. Quite nice. Intense sour patch blueberry-raspberry intensity. A small sample more than suffices. Awesome tasting beer. Excellent.

(375ml April 2015 bottle from kihoskh.dk webshop) Pours a lovely hazy deep pink with a small rapidly fading white head. Aroma of fresh blueberries, especially skin, black raspberry, bumbleberry pie filling, sweet/tart with light lactic lemon juice, a faint Brett funk, a bit grassy. Air brings musty Brett out a bit more. Palate juicy, with medium high tart acidity to start. Blueberries of course, maybe gooseberry, zesty lemon yoghurt lacto, mineral. Some light Brett and oak appear in the middle to finish. Finish marked by the aftertaste when eating fresh blueberries and blackberries, a bit of blackberry seed metallic character, lightly sour lemon juice, some hay. Light-medium brisk body with light carbonation. Smells wonderful and fruit forward, the body doesn’t totally live up to it in outright concentration. The balance is still very good however, so it’s not that severe a knock against it. Solid fruited sour.

375 ml bottle. Label reads April 2015. Thanks AdamC. Hazy purple, Amber color with fast dying bubbly head. Aroma is blueberry skins, blackberry, and notes of oak.

Flavor shows a huge amount of tartness, puckering actually hurts my taste buds a little bit. The texture and body is dry and some notes of yogurt. The sourness/ tartness is rather sharp/ astringent. Not so sure about this one. Too sharp.
