750 mL bottle at share. Fruity and tart. Violet colored body with a small frothy head. Hard to distinguish any one fruit out of the mix here, hence the name Fruit Cart. All-around fruit punch flavor with all that tartness and Funk known for the style.

Bottle at Culmination Fest 16: Poured a burgundy with a pinkish head. The aroma was tart pungent berries. Taste was a mix of tart berries, cherries, almost wine like and some pits.

Poured from a bottle. Aroma is super fruit with lots of berry notes and a touch of cherries. Very jammy with some acidity and a touch of citrus. Medium light tannins notes with a slight herbal and leafy note. Pours a dark reddish purple with a light brown hue and a medium sized, thick, pink head that recedes to the edges and disappears. No lacing or legs. Flavor is rather acidic with a light sweetness. Some medium light lemon notes and a bit sharp. Lots of jammy notes with tons of berries and some lighter cherry notes. Some light oak with moderate tannins and some lighter herbal, grassy notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer with great berry character. It’s a bit too jammy for me with acidity that is a bit too sharp.

Saison. Hah! Bottle with huge props to Andrew. Pours cloudy magenta, large pinkish purple head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is berries, brett funk, horse blanket, blackberries. Flavor is fully tart, huge berry jamminess, medium funk, some dustiness and mustiness. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. Really nice beer. Kudos guys.
