Draft at Braustelle. Very hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is floral with red fruits, candy, tart strawberry and citrus. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and light moderate sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Draught @ GBBF 2015, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Braustelle Emmer Gose ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, tart fruit, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, tart fruit, citrus, warm fruit - citrus. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20150812]

On tap at the brewpub. Leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit einer geringen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig, mild fruchtig, kaum säuerlich. Geschmack leicht säuerlich, holzig, getreidig, leicht parfümiert.

Keg at GBBF ’15, day 1, 11/08/15. Very lightly hazed pale golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is pissy citrics, on the turn melon, straw, lemon rind, cider ice lolly. Taste comprises light funk, citric peel, straw, faint salt. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, tarte fruit wash at the curtain call. Decent refreshing gose .... clean and simple.

From tap at Braustelle. Light unclear yellow golden color with small bubbly off white head. Aroma is malty and light yeasty, light grainy, spicy, herbal, grassy, citrusy. Sweet, bitter and salty taste. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Säuerlicher, hell getreidiger Antrunk. Kaum fruchtig, spritzig, mild herb. Die Säuerlichkeit sinkt etwas, Zitrusnoten. Zum Ende bitter, was gut zur Säure passt. Kurzer Nachhall. 10/9/11/8//9

Keg at GBBF 2015. Deep and glowing golden color, cloudy, with lace. Nose is grapefruit, acid, spicy wheat. Spicy and sour flavor, wheat, crisp, very refreshing and tasty.

Keg at GBBF 2015. It pours lightly hazy gold with a small white head. The nose is earthy, funky, spoiled fruits, pear, saltiness and some herbal notes. The taste is crisp, tart, bitter-sweet, earthy, funky, grape must, apple, pear skin, light lactic and damp leaves with a dry, funky finish. Light -medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Pretty decent stuff.

Draft at GBBF 2015, day 1 - London. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Lightly tangy aroma, with ripe lemon, light bread. Medium sweet flavor, a little sugary, with mellow lemony tang. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Moderately clean on the finish, with some grapefruit, salt and further lemon tartness. Nice one.
