Stated at 5,1% at NuBeerBar, Prague. On tap. A clear orange pour with some greenish casts to it and a short-lived but ultra-lacing off-white head. Aroma is grapefruit, white pomelo, ruby orange, earth, clay, hint of sugar. Dry, strong, mouth-covering. Finish is super-bitter and full of herbs, the kind of rocket, dandelion or chicory. Nose is certainly an APA (loads of citrus fruits, in spite of the lack of lemon), but mouth is much -much closer to an IPA (all that bitterness from bitter herbs.)

Keg at GBBF 2016. It pours lightly hazy golden with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, farmhouse bread, grassy, hay, green hops and grapefruit peel. The taste is crisp, bitter, grassy, straw, perfumed, floral, bread, spring onion, minerals and lemongrass with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and crushable.

Tap at Beer Geek Bar. 6 4 6 4 12 Rerate tap at 100 piv. Seams rather bland for a Clock beer, flavourless. Even more so considering this is supposed to be a special batch. Drinkable but really not interesting at all. Meh beer. Numbers stay the same.

"Handbottled" at BeerGeek bar. Cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- floral and citrusy hops, fruit, slightly toasted malt, grain. FLAVOR- balanced, pleasantly bitter, smooth malt base and prominent hop flavours, bitter and grainy finish. Medium bodied.
Quite nice, fresh, aromatic APA.
