Made from a mixture of barley and wheat grains, this is an exceptionally refreshing beer. With its slightly citrus flavour, this really is the perfect thirst quencher.

Tap at the brewpub, October 2011. Opaque orange color. Very light yeast in the aroma. A little sour. Wheat in the flavor, but it lacks clove, citrus, or other qualities common to a wheat beer. Fine palate on this one anyway.

On tap at O’Neil Brew Pub, Paris on 20th November 2011. Hazy gold with white head decaying to ring-and-film. Yeasty aroma then sharply citric in-mouth. Touches of smoke and just a slight fishy note - mackerel. Smoky line lingers into a short but smoky quasi-savoury finish. Light mouthfeel and a medium body to the weißbier. I liked it for its quirkiness.

An opaque wit with a thick creamy lacing white head. In aroma, pleasant lemony and cloves, perfumey and smooth. In mouth, a nice spiced wit with loads of bananas, cloves, a bit of funk, well done. On tap at brewpub, May 12 2011.

Murky ochre body with a white head. Sweet banana nose, slightly gluey. Lactic, some acidity. Odd sweet chalky taste, not unpleasant, light pleasant acidity in the end. Lacks features but ok, especially compared to the Frog one.
