Appearance: Clear golden color with a big frothy white fine head. Good lacing.
Aroma: Sour like it has been used brett. Malty, mild fruity and mild citric.
Palate: Medium body. Moderate sweet and a fine bitterness. Average carbonation. Dry texture.
Taste: I would have thought that it was used brett in this one. Sour and acidic in a pleasant way. Also malty, some paper, mild fruity and some citric notes.
Overall impression: Weir beer. Ok, but not very amberish.
Personal stats: Bottle from a trade with Martinus

Pours a light coppery color topped with a geenrous white head. There is a mild malty aroma and you can also feel a pinch of caramel. The taste is light, sweet with some caramel notes. More of a girly beer, but that was the goal. Still, easily enjoyable.

Bouteille 33cl reçue de Tderoeck, merci. BB 01/06/2014. You may score some Slovenian chicks with that, but Belgian girls will laugh at you.

Clear amber colour, off-white head. Aroma of band-aid, malts, quite herbal, spices and coriander. Bitter flavour, band-aid, spicy. Bitter, spicy finish, light sour touch, band-aid and wax pastel (wasco). Not quite what I was expecting.

11/VIII/13 - 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 1/III/14 (2013-759) Thanks to Tinus for sharing the bottle!

Clear dark orange beer, big fluffy off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very chemical, band-aid, dusty, pretty dirty, no this is really bad. Something's wrong with it. MF: way too much carbon, light body. Taste: very chemical, dusty, metallic, bitter and plain dirty, band-aid. Aftertaste: very dirty, chemical, band-aid. Yuck! Time to take care of infections?

Bottled, 0.33l. Hazy amber color with thin frothy tan-like head. Aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, caramel malt and honey. Taste starts fresh and sour fruity, followed by honeysweet malt and mild caramel. Mouthfeel is crisp, while aftertaste is pleasant moderate hoppy. Medium to full body, thick texture and lively natural carbonation in palate. Improvements needed...

Bottled 330ml. -Clear amber coloured, small off-white head that went away slowly, malty nutty nose with whiff of carrot. Moderate malty, caramel and light nutty with grainy notes in mild watery finish. Easy drinkable.

Ogi got this at the brewery and shared it with me (thanks!). Funny, but unintentionally so, with the bad English on the label and the concept in general. Poured a truly lovely misty full amber-red body with a small white head. Nose.... Some sticky maltiness... and oh no! Some carrot again. Damn. The taste is mild enough, empty even, the maltiness in the background is pleasant, though light, but those tiny notes of carrot keep on bugging me. Hm. Is this really top fermented? Dunno. There’s room for improvement - and it’s really great to hear that the brewer is keen on doing just that with his beers!
