Hazed dark golden color with a fine white head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine carbonation level. Ok balanced sweetness versus acidity Bready, yeast and some peat in the flavor.

Bottle at Jalapeño, Genoa, Italy, Feb 2017 Pours reddy amber with a slim white head. Quite numbing on the tongue. This tastes stronger than it actually is Dry and bitter, fruits showing but not sure what they are, good beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Shared bottle at Sur og Bitter Beer Festival, Sandnes. Pours hazy amber with big off-white head. Aroma of caramel, sherry, smoke, raisins. Tastes bitter with some sweetness. Medium bodied, astringent.

Bottle at home in London - sourced from Offie & Toffee. Pours reddish brown, lightly hazed, with a creamy, off-white head. Toasted crackers in the aroma, some pine, toffee, ripening berries. Medium sweet flavorbwith more toasted crackers, brown bread, some earth, dry caramel, berries, faint leather. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet, somewhat sugary finish, with nips of jammy berries, some earthy and seedy bitterness, more hearty, grainy toast, lightly aged pine. Overall, just fine.

Borefts VIII. Day 2. Keg. Lightly hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Dry caramelly malts, mildly sweet. Ripe fruits and dried fruits. Light finish. Not very saison but reasonably tasty.

Amber colour, opaque. Medium white airy head. Good lacing. Aroma: honey, floral & tropical hop, spicy yeast. Medium body. Dry taste. Bit smoky, quite hoppy. Yeast in there. Good.
