Stříbro je pro Kutnou Horu víc než zlato. Stříbrná 11° dostala do vínku kvalitní české suroviny i tradiční řemeslný způsob vaření. Role kmotry se ujala emeritní sládková kutnohorského pivovaru Růžena Jiránková. Toto pivo však není žádná slečinka, je to poctivý ležák se střední plností, který je k dostání na čepu, v lahvi i plechovce.

Appearance: clear gold, good off-white head. Arona and taste: crackers, spicey and herbal hop. Taste: light sweet, light plus bitterness. Good Saaz hop, that becomes obvious in the aftertaste. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: OK.

500ml Can - Golden with a foamy head. Honey, hay and some hints of citrus in the aroma, lime leaves perhaps. Bread, honey, biscuity malt and hints of citrus can be detected in the taste. Easy to drink and nicely balanced.

500ml from Beers of Europe: BB 1st January 2022. Drank at home on 28th October, shared with Ben before our evening meal. Copper colour and clear, white crown on top. Malty front, grassy arse. It's an OK Pilsener, especially in a hot kitchen.

Tap. Medium body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, low grainy maltiness. Subtle earthy grassy herbal hoppiness. Lightly corny, but otherwise mostly clean. Easy drinking, good one.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from HOTM. Pours crystal clear honey-gold with a creamy, white crown. Lightly sweet with notes of sun-kissed grains, light grass, dirty straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Pretty clean in the finish, more light grassy notes, husky grains. Drinkable lager.

Can An okay classic czech pilsner, bit sweeter, but without any major flaws I would say. OK

Bottle from HoTM. it pours crystal clear pale gold with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma grainy, grassy, spice, cereal, grain husk, paper and a splash of lemonade. The taste is crisp, snappy, dry, touch of bitterness, pretty clean, soda water with lemon, toasty grain, grass and peppery spice with a drying finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate to high, foamy carbonation. Simple, but pretty crisp and drinkable. Fair.
