Draft. A yellow beer with a thin head. The aroma has notes has notes of brett, malt, and lemons. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, brett, and straw, leading to a tart, leading to tart finish.

On tap at Fakin Zagreb. Slightly hazy pale golden/yellow coloured, small white head, acidic lemony nose. Mild lemony, fruity, light yeasty and pretty high carbonation with touch of grapes in rather sour finish. Nice beer overall but Saison...no way.

On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, Zagreb. Hazy golden, small off-white head. Strong wild character, acetic acid, lemony. Light hoppy touch, herbal and fruity, subdued. Very sour and puckering, low bitterness. Flavours are vinegar, lemon and sour fruit. Very refreshing. Moderate to high carbonation, medium body, moderately lasting finish. Very nice.

Tap at Fakin. Just vaguely hazy pale gold, tiny head. Tart aroma, hay, not saison-like at all, 100% like a sour. Smooth taste, with fruitiness coming from Galaxy really well integrated in the tartness, almost like a fruited sour, but again pretty much nothing saisonish about it apart from a white wine note in the finish. Nice beer by all means, just don't expect a classic saison.

Bottle from the brewery and drunk on a picnic blanket. Tasty saison. some light yoghurt. some lemon some orange. some sourness on finish. could do with a bit more saison yeast character. bit more of a lemon yoghurt sour beer. orange flavour is alright. not my favourite.

Keg at MK VHX, 28/06/18. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap that dissipates to the edge. Nose is mellow funk, pissy citric shreds, acidic nostril tickle, damp hay, orange tang, dusty hops. Taste comprises citric pissoi, damp hay, lactic tang, acidic squeeze, barnyard esters, singed lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light puckering climax. Solid stuff ... pretty sharp and bracing.

Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a fine minerally crispness. Pleasantly tart fruits, light white winey vibe. Little galaxy tropical fruits. Light crisp finish. Nice enough. Quite drinkable.

Bottle. Beer Zoo. Hazed, pale gold. Slim, lasting, ring of white. Effervescent in the glass. Nose has Rose’s lime cordial, according to the missus. Grapefruit juice. Lactic, Cheshire cheese funk. Some vanilla oak. Some sweaty, wet leather notes. Taste is dry, and lightly acidic, with a soft, grapefruit bitterness. Clean and bone dry on the palate. Light, crisp carbonation. Dry and twangy grapefruit to finish. Easy drinking saison that sits at the sour / wild ale end of the spectrum.
