Draught keg at the Real Ale Classroon, Leicester. Mid- to dark brown and translucent with a ring of beige/khaki head. Creamy aroma, milk chocolate, hints of coffee. Taste is also sweet and creamy with boozy a nice malty base and some barely detectable soylike umami.light happiness in the finish. Light to medium body with carbonation on the heavy side. Decent stuff.

(Draught at Craft Beer Co Covent Garden, London, 29 May 2022) Dark brown colour, almost black, with brief beige head. Malty, roasted nose with dark bread, coffee and chocolate. Malty, roasted taste with notes of coffee, chocolate, dark bread, roasted malt and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, dry. Clean, dry and well balanced porter. Nice one.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Oren's place. Brown, beige head. Chocolate, caramel, nuts, roast, sweetish, bitterish finish, over-carbonated. Decent but carbonation is way too strong.

Keg @ Free Trade Inn, Newcastle [020518]
Caramel ruby brown, light haze, off white head, good colour but very light for a porter
Aroma - Caramel malts, light roast, slight toffee, nice malts
Taste of caramel, touch of chocolate, light toffee, bit fruity, soft nice malts, soft fruits
Palate - Medium carb, medium light body, light sweet. Finish of soft caramel
Overall - This would be better on cask. Simple at first but gets more depth with the drinking - it's nice
