Bottle 0.33l from our archive, more than two years aged. Hazy, orange amber colored. AROMA- wooden barrel, alcohol, grapes, apple, peach. FLAVOR- silky, neutral, lightly bitter, a bit warming, fruity again, wood, spicy - star anise, clove. Full bodied. Very well balanced, very pleasant aged character. Great.

Draught at CBF Wien, shared by PowY, thanks! Golden, clear body, with a medium, creamy, yellowish head. Aroma of wood, leather, dark grapes, tannin, dried fruits, moderate lactic funk. Tastes quite similar, quite sweet, while also very tannic and wooden. Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes warm, very vinous, tannic, medium sweet, wooden, a bit peppery, with red wine, grapes, some citrus. Nice, while note outstanding. Quite unbalanced, pretty sweet, while also with heavy, tannic red wine notes. A bit too much of everything, while still quite interesting. Score: 7 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 13

Bottle at Hetedik Lépcső, Budapest. Dark red, white head. Red wine, sour, some berries, barrel, bit lactic. Low carbonation. Medium bodied.

On tap. A hazy orange golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild tart grapes, brett, mild sweet yeast. Taste of sweet woody malt, brett, wood, yeast.

Tap at Salon Piva 09/2019. Malty aroma and taste, wooden barrel, light red wine notes, light sweet, light to medium bitter. Medium to full body, woody wineous bitter sweet finish. Good.

Murky red brown. Aroma is leather funk berries tannins deep caramel sweet kernel. Taste is sour funk with much malty base and long red wine smooth finish. Also chocolate. Very nice.

Tap at Zil verne. Ather sweet and full bodied, moderate caramel. Lacking the typical saisony funk and/or phenolics. Okay, not great though.
