Aroma: Fruity sweet with malt and brown sugar. Flavour: Fruity sweet with ripe dark berries and caramel. Some odd spices. Aftertaste is fruity sweet and alcoholic warm. Colour: Murkey brown with an offwhite head. From Bottle @ Ree Park as Bison Brew Oct. 2017.

Shared bottle at Nykøbing/Mors camping site where we also bought the bottle. Pours clear copper with off-white head. Aroma of rosemary, anise, caramel, some citrus. Taste has some sweetness with balancing bitterness.

Backlog. Shared bottle at Cardinal 20.05.13. Unclear brown. Aroma of X-mas bread, star anise, ammonium chloride and cough medicine. Taste of cough medicine, caramel and ammonium chloride. Aftertaste of cough medicine, star anise and liquorice. Round mouthfeel.

Bottle shared thanks to HenrikSoegaard. Pours clear reddish brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of herbs, spice, aniseed, caramel and buttery notes. Flavour is over moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. Like some strange medicine, appropriate given the funny little bottle.

50cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a tan head. Spicy aroma, anise, medicine, licorice, caramel. Flavor has xmas spices, along with licorice and caramel. Long finish with anise among other herbs. Quite tasty actually, balanced.

Bottle. Pours hazy chestnut brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of herbs and cough drop. Sweetish flavour of caramel malt, with touches of yeast and bitter, hoppy notes. Hints of spices, especially rosemary and aniseed. Slightly peppery and sweetish aftertaste. Decent.
