Cask @ Fire Station, Waterloo, London. Golden with a small head. There’s a graininess to its very pale texture and doesn’t feel like a best bitter at all. Perhaps a wrong pump clip?

Cask at Londinum at Tree Folks, Rome-Italy. Amber/orange pour quite bright, off-white foam. Nose: English malty character, biscuity, nutty. Mouth: easy, watery, malty finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Håndpumpet pint på Maynard Arms, Crouch End, med Kitty: en deilig pint i beste klassiske engelske tradisjon. Skum som faktisk følger med mot bunnen, supermyk munnfølelse med "tons of flavour" og stort velvære.

Half pint, hand pulled cask at The Harp. Next to clear amber. Lacing rings down the glassware. Malt-fruity smell. Taste of caramel and lemony hops followed by a bittersweet ending. Medium bodied. Rather typical for the style (London 11.07.2015).

Sunday lunchtime pint (29th March 2015): Chequers, Walthamstow E17. Hand-pulled into a UK pint sleeve: looked fine, light amber with a full head with longevity. Nice semi-sweet bitter with enough about it to sit and enjoy. Malts just about rule the flavours although the finish is drying and bitter.

Cask gravity at the Watford beer fest 2014. Orange light amber coloured pour with fleeting white head. Aroma is parfummed, nutty caramel and berry hop. Flavour is nice raisin, caramel and slight crisp finish. Little plastic note. Palate is medium sweet, berry. OK.
