2019 vintage, so I was tempted not to review it when I found the bottle, but it aged quite well. Darkish golden pour with very little carbonisation, aromas of red apples, hint of sweetness, taste is apple, some oak and a hint of spices. Not bad

500ml bottle from Waitrose Swiss Cottage. 2015 vintage. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of tangy apple, oak, vanilla. Taste is fruity apple, sweetish, juicy, tangy with some woody oak and light tannins. Light to medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finish. Quite drinkable.

50cl bottle from Waitrose, Sandhurst. Vintage 2014 Straw coloured with moderate carbonation; a crisp dessert apple taste, not too sweet, with some drier pear towards the finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle at home, from Waitrose Windsor, 15/08/15. Clear golden topped with a modicum of white bubbles, whose obtuse actions in terms of staying to make friends, belied the quality of this cider and left me somewhat less than sanguine upon the initial pour. Nose was crisp apple orchard, straw, light balsa wood and dung. Taste comprised pork crackling, apple xauce, straw, earthy, apple core, light wood, vanilla. Medium bodied, light spritzy carbonation, drying crisp close with apple pie licks. I was not sure I would become friends with this cider when it all started but when an alligator demands your pajamas, all you can do is acquiesce. Decent.

2012. Bottle from Waitrose at a service station. Very sweet Vintage, almost Normandy like tartness with minimal tannin. Refreshing, mild with little hint of alcohol. My mum would probably drink this.

Bottled. A golden cider with a beige head. The aroma has notes of applecores. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of applecore, leading to a slightly tart finish.
