Bottle. Hazy amber body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is dominated by malt with some ripe fruit, toast and caramel. Flavor is quite malty as well, mild toffee, hint of bread, ripe fruit and quite bitter. Almost full bodied and long lasting aftertaste of sweet malt with sharp bitterness. Normally I prefer some malt base with my IPAs, but this one feels unbalanced, has lots of sweet malt and bitterness but a lack of fruit and freshness. Might be a bit old. Would be interesting to sample a fresh version.

Clear reddish amber beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet, caramel, fruity, some honey. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, very bitter, bit resinous, caramel, some honey. Aftertaste: little soapy, bitter, bit grassy, caramel, bit malty.

500ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. Cloudy amber body under a lasting off-white head. Spotty lacing. Herbal hops and grain on the nose. Honeyed fruity flavours together with impact of caramel and earth followed by a leafy bitter end. Medium bodied. Decent (Tromsø 24.02.2017).

Medium offwhite head. Deep dark red body with visible particles. Perfumy strawberry aroma with caramelly vanilla fudge notes. Sweetish caramelly tropical fruit taste with toffee notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish linoleum and vanilla fudge aftertaste with spicy tropical fruit notes. Nice beer. Not very like American IPA, but who cares. (0.5l bottle, from wine monopoly, Strømmen.)

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Drukket på Lillehøgda 4 Feb 17. Mørk aprikosfarget. Uklar. Filmskum. Aroma av søt frukt & svisker. Smaken frisk fruktig. Aprikos & fersken med hint av mandler. Lett tørr avslutning.

Thanks Karlo! Shared with him and Ivan R. Misty red amber body with an off white head. Perfumey flowery hoppy aroma, bit sweaty/herbal. Ashy hop forward bitter taste, caramel, green fruit, not that great. Unbalanced.

This one with Cascade, Galaxy, Magnum and Motueka hops. Hazy deep amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is smooth with mild minerally carbonation. Light malts, some cream and caramel. Spicy pine hops, regular marmalade and lemon marmalade. Back end has zippy floralness and a touch of tangy tropical fruits. Smooth malt creamy finish. Nicely done. Rich and fruity.

Amber/copper colored beer with medium, off-white head. In aroma there are hints of resin, pine and tropical fruits. The overall aroma could be more intensive though. Very bitter, but there’s also good counter-sweetness. Oily in mouth, medium carbonated.
