Tap at the brewery. Not so interesting, grainy, wheat, no banana, unusual. Bit boring. Little bit of sweetness further down but not so exciting for me.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy flavor with weak hints of clove. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy finish.

Keg at the Brewery. It pours cloudy golden with a decent white head. The nose is soft, fruity, wheat, banana, dough, light sweetness, spice, grain, sherbet, melon and fruit pastilles. The taste is smooth, doughy, citrus peel, wheat, herbal notes, banana, toasted grain, pear and melon with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Brilliant balance and high drinkability.Great hefe.

Keg at the brewery. Aroma is nice classic clean hefe yeast, banana and clove, wheat. Translucent yellow coloured pour wiyj a fine white head. Flavour is is crisp wheat, light tart lemon and spicy clove in the finish. . palate is crisp, touch of tart and highish carbonation. Solid hefe.

Keg at the brewery, 28/06/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering that retains well. Nose is lemon peel, yeast notes, clove, bread pudding, caramel. Taste comprises bread dough, lemon rinse, caramel, pale malts, clove, tangerine. Medium bodied, light spritz in the carbonation, clean semi drying close. Solid citric lead hefe, very quaffable!

Draft at the brewery. Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is dry and a little crisp. Whisper of bubblegum ester in the light dry wheaty malt. Dry seltzer and a trace of citrus. Crispy finish. Thirst quenching.

Draft at the brewery - pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy white head. Nice lemony citrus in the nose, dry wheat, hay. Light-medium sweet flavor with some doughy wheat, light bitter hay, mild pale cereal crunch, more lemon. Light bodied with average, massaging carbonation. Nice sweetness to finish, crunchy wheat and cereal, mild bitter hay, juicy lemon, slight straw. Lovely, very well balanced, quenching. Excellent.
