Cask at CBC Covent Garden - London. Pours mostly clear, rich gold with a foamy, white head. Nice one overall. Some light, juicy citrus character, pithy orange, bitter pine needles, cleansing minerals. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and edgy on the finish with more minerality and some pithy citrus fruits. Very drinkable.

Cask at CBC Covent Garden opening day, 09/05/14. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a moderate off white swirl. Nose is juicy citrics, mineral notes, floral rush, orange pith, bread dough, trace of mango. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon rind, straw, soft bread, floral notes, Dandelion & Burdock, mineral tones, very light parma violet. MEdium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light hop bitterness. Solid drinkable APA, the floral backnotes weren’t too overpowering.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden on 9th May 2014 - opening night. Orangey amber with thin, lacing off-white foam. Malty aroma with cheesy yeasts. Richly hoppy and bitter in-mouth with plenty of grassiness. Finish sour and fruity. Zingy mouthfeel and light body making the ale very drinkable.

Cask at Craft Beer Co, Covent Garden. it pours clear golden-amber with a medium white head. The nose is bitter-sweet, floral, sweet dough, potpourri, light toast and honeysuckle. The taste is bitter, doughy, some astringent, big floral aspect, lingering bitterness, underlying sweetness, pine and a touch of citrus peel with a very dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. The Dandelion adds a good deal of astringency and dryness. A bit clashing with the base beer unfortunately, but fun to try.
