Keg @ Old Wellington, Manchester. Clear golden with a thin head and a small carbonation. Mainly a lager although there are pale ale notes in here that create a small smoothness in its texture. Easy drinking for its strength.

19th March 2014 Hoop & Grapes, Nicholsons. Keg. Almost clear gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and dry and crisp. Smooth pale malt, light orangey lenon citrus. Quite well balanced. Dry finish. Slipped down easy.3.2

Pretty much the same as I had nearly 10 years ago in Nicholsons but I am a bit less harsh these days. Good ripe lemony orange, crisp pine, a decent pale malt richness. Crisp finish. What's not to like?

Tap @ White Hart, Bishopsgate, London. Clear yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 041013

Draught @ Argyll Arms, London. Pours slightly hazy light yellow with a white head. Aroma is malt, light grain, hay. Flavor is malt, hay, honey, light citrus. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 200913

Appearance: Clear golden color with a white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Malty and fresh hoppy.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Mild malty, fruity and fresh hoppy.
Overall impression: WoW. I wish all lagers were like this. Nice and tasty.

On tap at Old Buttermarket Canterbury Nicholson pub. Pale gold thin white head. Slightly thin not a great lager. Compared with the Shepherd Neame Whitstable lager this is poor. Some lemon some faint hop. Very average

Cask. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderte malty and light hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Draft @ Mudlark, Southwark SE1. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity sweetish malty grainy finish.
