Gravity dispense at Craft 100 ,CBC Clapham, 02/04/15. Light golden topped with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pale malts, straw, citric zest, caramel malt, light booze, a touch harsh. Taste comprises citric pith, bitter orange, melon, light spice, grain, touch of bread dough. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so, low end for this style, lacks depth and hop character.

Cask at the craft beer co 100. Clear golden light orange coloured pour with a lasting thin white head. Aroma is caramel, toffee, sileage, wet grass, midget gem. Flavour is composed of caramel toffee butterscotch malts with bitter grassy, sileage hop, cow pat. Palate is pretty sweet, moderate carbonation. Lingering grassy hop and caramel.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours amber with a small white head. The nose is toasty, bitter-sweet, sugar puffs, candy, grain and earth. The taste is bitter-sweet, toasty, grainy, booze, cereal, oats, spice, earth, alcohol and touch of floral stuff with boozy finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. A bit boozy and rough. I am sure this would be way nicer on keg...

Draft at Craft 100 April 2015 - London. Pours clear, bright gold with a creamy white head. Bready pale malts in the aroma with some ripening citrus fruits. Medium sweet flavor with doughy white bread, ripe lemon, low bitterness. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, lightly sticky, with more pale bread and generic ripe citrus fruits. OK.
