Keg at the brewery taproom - London. Pours hazy gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds light grass, tangerine and lemon peel. Medium sweet flavor with ripe citrus, pale bread, mild lemon and hay. Light to medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish with a bit of jammy lemon, light bitter rind and straw. Nice if simple.

Refreshing summer beer but a little hop light for the style. Ok.

On tap at Camden Brewery Tap. Cloudy pale gold lasting white head. Lemon and ester aroma. Hoppy lemon flavour in the mouth. It’s a decent fruity wit beer. Lighter than most German ones less estery. Bit more fruit and hop led. Touch of banana and pineapple. Decent. Refreshing on a hot day. .

Bottle from Cornelius. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head that quickly fades. No carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of lemon, orange sherbet and a hint of salt. Flavour of lemon and a hint of yeast. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Looks and tastes a bit like a Witbier. Clean but dull.
