This new, golden beer is brewed using fresh green hops, as opposed to the usual practice of using dried hops, resulting in an abundanceof bright, fresh and floral hop characteristics, complemented by pale and roast malt notes.

Cask, on gravity at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol October 2015. Golden in colour, with a slight, off-white, head. Thin cereal malts, a touch of lemony fruit, grassy hops and a lengthy bitter finish. Ok.

Cask @ Beckett’s Bank, Leeds. Dark amber with a small creamy head. Malty nose with a malty mid bitterness.

26th October 2015
Crosse Keys Spoons. Cask. Clear amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and has a mild crispness. Dry malts, not that sweet. Mild floral bitterness. Very mild citrus. Light finish, quite a harsh bitter linger. A bit of bitter bastard.

Cask at the Hope Tap (JDW), Reading. Am amber pour with a loose whtie head; fresh hoppy aroma; sweet biscuity body; with a crisp fresh bitter finish. A missed opportunity to show off the hops - more needed.

On cask at the Standing Order Appearance - amber with a decent head Nose - toffee and strangely. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a finish that could be fresher Overall - a solid citizen .

Cask at the standing order. Pours clear golden amber, nose is toffee, biscuit, taste is sweet, dry toffee, light fruit.

Cask at the standing order.. Copper.. Small tan head... Soft sweet toffee fruit nose.. Soft sweet fruits.. Soft toffee fruit. Ligth metalic malts

Cask handpull at the crown jdw. Clear dull amber coloured pour with no head to o speak of. Aroma is tangy underripe Berry, gooseberry, some apricot jam, nutty malts. Flavour us composed of biscuit and nutty malts, grain store, tangy hedgerow berry, English hop, some English yeast esters. Palate is semi sweet with lowish cask condition. OK. .

Cask at Briar Rose; light copper pour with a creamy off white head, aroma has strong malts and a slight hint of hop, taste has malts a hint of tea leaves, some citrus, pretty basic.
