Draft@Dublin, Ireland. Amber beer with a good head. The aroma is gently hopped, and the flavour is hopped and bitter with gentle malts and yeastiness. Overall a nice pale lager. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Sat in ONeils, Oxford, Friday 2nd June 2017, Slowdive Gig to attend later at O2 Academy Not really my thing and also not really sure why on earth I ordered a pint, I came here because I had a 40% off voucher plus on top of that I noted my bank was doing 20% cashback and heard that the food was fine. Beer is cool, refreshing, sweet and dull, but I was thirsty and so it sort of worked. Ok. I am already sick of the playlist, I know its an ONeils but really just playing Irish tracks? Ok were branching out the Undertones now sees us move across the border. A5 A4 T5 P3 Ov11 2.8

Golden-amber, thick head. Light caramel nose with a touch of green apple. Mild bitterness, and a clash of green apple and caramel. Hops, huh?

Tap at the Commodore in Cobh, Ireland. Pours golden amber with a white head. Aroma seems floral and lightly spicy. Med body. Flavor is somewhat bready, but there’s some floral and grass or spice or both. Seems more ale than lager. What’s the test for that? Me liking it. :) Not to be sought, but not to be avoided.

Off white frothy head stayed on a translucent, slightly effervescent, copper coloured body. Sweet, floral aroma - typically lager style. Medium bodied, airy on the palate, feels soft. Prickly on the back. Malt, sweet, floral, caramel & watery aft.

Bottle. Dark golden. Regular white head with nice lacing. Aroma of floral hops, grass, mangos, apricots and some apples. Taste of assorted fruits (apricots, apples and citrus fruits), grains and malts. Fruity and slightly sweet with a dry finish. Medium bitterness. Medium carbonation. There’s something in the aftertaste which I don’t like but I can’t put my finger on it...Alright but I don’t really see myself buying this much often again.
