It is local to a tee and refreshing to an extreme. The botanicals in finders keepers were foraged from the rolling hills surrounding our brewery. A collaboration with Jim Anderson brewed with Gorse flowers, Birch syrup and more.

Bottle split at LKS, thanks to Paulo, 03/09/15. Pale golden blonde with a moderately appointed off white covering. Nose is straw, yeast esters, bread dough, lemon rind, citric tones. Taste comprises light herbal strains, yeast, lemon jus, farmy notes, hay, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok if a touch pedestrian, I expected a little more.

Bottle share at Mr Smith’s Stratoflat. Thanks to Paul. Light haze on this paleish gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Mild fine carbonation. Very light malts. Thin seltzer. Very mild sourness. Wishy washy citrus. Light semi dry finish. Nothing wrong here but it’s just dull.

Bottle thanks to me. It pours very lightly hazy gold with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, herbal, grassy, herbal, green stuff, florals and bread. The taste is crisp, light bitter, floral, herbal, grassy, citrus peel and bread with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, light and pretty drinkable stuff.
