33 cl bottle @ home. Deep copper color, mostly clear. Rocky /uneven off white head. Aroma’s: wood upfront (tannines), lightly vinous, some sweetness. Retronasal it’s wood, vinous, fruity sour. Flavor is light to moderate bitter, vinous, light sour. Medium bodied. Normal carbo. Finishes light dry and rather bitter. Complex. Interesting experiment, but not entirely satisfactory.

Keg at BBF 6, 26/09/14. Lightly hazed golden with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is tangy citric peel, orange pith, white grape, white wine BA vibes are evident. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, vanilla, light yeast, white wine twang, woody rinse. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light green berry and hops in the close. Decent.

Ra-rate 1/16: Bottle sample at a tasting at Stas’s place. Thanks Yoav. Funk, white wine, fruitiness. Very nice. Not an Imperial IPA in any way.8/3/7/3/15=3.6
[9/27/14] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2014 in Bodegraven. Orange-amber. Aroma of funk, white wine and fruits. Dry-ish flavor, mildly sourish, with funk, oak, vinous fruitiness and a finish with some astringency. Medium-bodied. Nice and refreshing. 7/3/7/3/15=3.5

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours vey hazy dark golden brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of plastercine white wine oak barrel, winey grapeiness, floral notes, light toffee. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Touch acid. Over medium bodied with light carbonation. I was dreading this one but it’s actually quite enjoyable.

Sampled @ Borefts 2014. Clear orange color, small to average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is lightly malts, lightly winey, quite fruity. Tastes about the same: malts lightly, quite fruity, lightly fruitpeel sour-bitter. Medium body, decent carbonation.

Bottle. Slightly hazy Amber with beautiful creamy off white head. Sweet malts with some caramel, grapes and lots of spices. Citrus hops with lemon and grapefruit. Berries, spices, vanilla all make it a bit white wine like indeed but not too strong or obvious. It's nicely balanced and really works together. Medium bodied. Different and very good.
