Keg at Arensnest, Amsterdam, 18th December 2014. Sour notes on the nose, the wine comes through. Taste is sour, some wine elements, some wood, the wine does dominate and the hops are muted, but it works. Really clean and a well balanced barrel aged DIPA, quite harmonious.

On tap at Borefts 2014. Clear amber lasting white head. Good white wine aroma. Good mix of blond beer and white wine could do with somethong to reign it in.

20th November 2014
Hazy amber beer, good cream colour head. Nose of tropical fruits and white wine, very nice! Palate is light and mildly crisp. Touches of bitter wood and mild vanilla. Might tropical fruits and white wine, not quite as vibrant as the nose but still very nice. A sharper floral woody bitterness kicks in before the light finish. Really well joined up and very drinkable. Fab stuff from Kees and team.
