Tower 42 Tasting. Thanks to Fergus. Hazy gold beer, good size pale cream colour head. Palate is very fluffy, over carbonated. Thin malts, some sweetness and some lactose like sweetness. Light Sorachi herby lemon. Thin orange. Light finish. Floral bitter linger. A tad messy but the Sorachi carries it over the line.

Bottle shared in London - a many thanks to Fergus. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a massive, billowing white head. The nose has some pale wheata, vanilla, lemon meringue. Light sweet flavor with more vanilla, meringue, lemon, tangerine, light straw. Light bodied, airy, with lively carbonation. Lightly sweet on the finish, some further lemon, hay, wheat bread, vanilla frosting. Fairly tasty.

Bottle on level 42 thanks to Fergus. It pours hazy gold with a massive, foamy white head. The aroma is earthy, cracker, cereal, herbal, sweet lemon and dough. The taste is crisp, bitter, soapy, herbal, grass, lemon peel, minerals and a touch of pepper with a dry, soapy finish. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. Too much carbonation and too much soap. Meh.
