From cask. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity. Bitter and slight citrusy. Crisp hoppy. Dry, bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

Cask@Crosse Keys - copper Amber coloured pour with bubbly white head. Toasted sweet malty with some notes of caramel and toffee, cereal, twiggy hoppy bitter close.

Cask at Oluttupa Viisi Penniรค, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, some apples, grass and malts.

Bottle from B&M, Halifax. Tawny amber-gold with a thin head. Easy drinking bitter with a light bitterness and a light malty nose. Has a very mild fruitiness to it.

Cask at the Crosse Keys (JDW), London. Amber with a ring of white head; faint aroma of English hops; soft malty body with some light spicy hops; and a dry biscuity finish.

bottle from Darts Farm Topsham. Hazy amber golden with a decent head. Good malty body with nice hop flavours, pleasantly citrusy. Delicious.

Half pint at the cricketers near the end of a 100km cycle. Light amber golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. Aroma is biscuit grains with slight wet grass hop, grainstore and some mineral. Flavour is earthy berry and grassy hop with considerable English yeast character. Assertive harsh earthy hop bitterness. Tangy on the tongue. Lightish body moderate carbonation. So so
