Bottle: Poured a hazy bright yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some lime and dry floral hoppy notes is quite enjoyable. Taste is a nice mix of lime with some tart notes with dry hoppy floral notes which are well integrated. Body is about average with good carbonation. Super nice level of drinkability with some quite complex notes.

A hazed golden saison with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Brett notes, coriander, light Epsom salts, resinous and piney hops, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light banana esters, cloves, resinous hops, light Epsom salts, light Brett, very nice. Bottle from Boutip, at GRMs tasting.

750mL bottle, sent from wilco (thanks a lot, Mike!), pours a cloudy bright yellow with a large white foamy white head - lots of retention. Aroma is intense on the citrus upfront, followed by floral dry hopping and saison yeast. Flavour is very bright and fairly spicy, with lots of spicy yeast, loads of citrus, and floral dry hopping. Aggressive but fitting carbonation. Balance and complex. Excellent.

750 ml purchased at Hill Farmstead, split 2 ways. Color is cloudy gold with full lasting head. Nose is strong amounts of citrus, citrus pith, and yeast. As it warmed notes of wood.
Flavor is balanced with sweet grain and a nice level of bright citrus hops. The yeast shows a very mild pepper or herbal note. The finish shows a hint of oak and ends refreshing. ABV is not found and I was surprised at the gravity. However, the body does have a fuller texture. Nice stuff.
