Bottle thanks to Charles. Pours a cloudy orange gold with large frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, oak, funk, grass, lemon zest. Medium body, lemon zest, strong brett, oak, funky, light tartness, light dry finish, very good.

750mL bottled 4/28/16, drunk 12/21/16.
Pale, white-golden with light brass hints and a large white head that falls to cover fairly steadily. Light to minimal haze.
Strong lactic notes in the nose with strong minerality, light earth, biscuit and poignant, bright lemon. Still, the lactic character is a bit too dominant here and I’m not getting nearly enough beer character behind it.
Again, strong lactic notes on a body that leans much to the thin side, though the carbonation is fairly engaging, ameliorating that somewhat. Biscuit, hay, wheat and strong lemon with heavy lactic acids and a bit of grassiness. Somewhat abrupt finish with too much simple acidity and not enough substantial beer character. Clean, with no alcohol noted.

Level 42 bottleshare, Santa is flying past below! Thanks to Leighton for this one. Very hazy gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry with a lot of fine carbonation a little over carbonated really. Fluffy malts. Nice mixture of candy fruits, savoury brett and a little lemon zest. Back end bring mild sweet floralness and tropical fruits. Airy finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle at level 42, big thanks to Leighton. It pours hazy pale gold with a massive, foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, funky, juicy orange, nectarine, tangy tangerine, sherbet and bready maltage. The taste is crisp, tart, sour, tangy, vinous, grape skin, orange peel, sherbet, tangerine, lemon and Granny Smith apple. Finish is dry and tart. Medium body and high, foamy carbonation. A bit too much carbonation, but rather enjoyable nonetheless.

Bottle shared in London - sourced from HF. Slight usher. Pours hazy gold with a billowing white head. The nose holds lemon zest, lime, wheat flakes, soft funk. Ligh sweet flavour with juicy lime, tart lemon, a little more funk, mild alcohol. Medium to full bodied with airy, massaging carbonation. Clean finish with further lemony tartness, soft minerality, a little wheaty sweetness, more zesty lime. Clean and quite enjoyable.

Bottle split at L42 Xmas Shit Shower, big thanks to Sleighton KS, 19/12/16. Hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is prickly melon, tangerine, straw, light spice, funk, farmy tang. Taste comprises melon, tangerine, straw, grains, light yeast, funk, faint spice, orange peel. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough saison, a little overcarbed which lets this down a notch for me.
