This delicious ale is hand-crafted using chalk-filtered mineral water from the attesian well deep below our brewery. Amber in colour, it is a complex, full flavoured beer combining aromas of fruits and spices with rich biscuity malts.

Bought for £1 as part of budget month. Nose is malt, faint hint of smoke, plum. Taste is strongly malty, light smoke, strong hazelnut, plenty of wet cardboard in the dry smoked and metalic finish. This is a stupid beer. The malts are interesting in places, but used badly and unbalanced. The bottle also promises it’s made with ’artesian water’ which is the most meaningless thing I’ve ever read on a bottle.

Bottle from Asda and drunk at home. Clear very dark brown colour big frothy beige head. Some brown malt on the aroma. Some brown malt in the flavour. No real hop. Bit watery. Malts are very interesting, no hop to revel in. Bit bland to be honest.

Nice lacing, amber colored beer. Full opacity. Very weak aroma, some dark malts, but also wet dog and old socks. Highly carbonated, frothy texture, light to medium body. Light bitterness, coffee flavor.

Amber to brown in colour. Aroma and flavour have a strong malt presence with a touch of fruitiness. Floral, pleasantly bitter finish.

Bottle from ASDA. Copper coloured with a slight, white, head. Sweetish aroma of caramel and toasted malts. A bit thin in the mouth, with some digestive malts, a hint of fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.

500ml bottle from t’Asda - Not much to say about this one, it is a rather dull malt and caramel affair which most decent breweries send out as a ground level ale. Standard.

50cl bottle from Asda, Farnborough. A reddish copper colour with a loose cream head; caramel aroma with a touch of spice; richly roasted malt taste, with some chocolate; and a bitter sweet finish. Much better than the "Light" version.
