High Wycome House Warming. Thanks to Fergus. Clear amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, modest carbonation. Light tangy malts. Slightly insipid dark fruits, touch of orange peel. Crispy finish. No surprises here.

500ml bottle into a UK pint sleeve at lunchtime on 11th Aug 2016: taken with a packet of Cheese and Onion French Fries (18 grams). Mahogany body, clean and clear: on top an uneven blanket of beige foam. Red berries in the nose and taste, bitter and spicy in the mouth, hedgerow fruits in the flavour, dry and almost harsh on the palate.
