Level 42 Bottleshare. Clear deep amber - brown beer, tidy tan head. Palate is softish, mildly dry and has modest carbonation. Smooth dark malts, mild malt creamy sweetness. Some mild dark chocolate. Tangy fruits before a smooth finish. Tangy fruit linger. It’s fine as a beer but lacking hops for a CDA.

Bottle shared on Level 42 14/11/2016. Many thanks to Kenny for this one. A dark nut brown coloured pour with a beige loose head. Aroma is rustic roasted malts, dirty pine, petrol, diesel, hint of smoke. Flavour is composed of semi sweet dirty grains, petrol. Palate is semi sweet, lowish carbonation, lowish. Ok.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Coleen. Pours clear brown with a creamy khaki head. The aroma holds toasted brown bread, a little toffee, hints of cocoa, toasted pine. Light sweet flavour with some piney bitterness, more toasty bread, ripening orange. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with subtle resin, toasty bread, orange, pine. Not bad.

Bottle care of Kenny at level 42. It pours darkest brown with a medium off-white head. The aroma is fairly subdued, earthy roast, cofffee grounds, grainy, plain chocolate and such like. The taste is earthy roast, coffee grounds, pine needles, earth, wood, grainy and soapy citrus with a dry, toasty finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Not bad.

Bottle split at L42, thanks to Kenny, 14/11/16. Dark mahogany brown with a decent beige cap. Nose is leafy hops, straw, brown bread, biscuit, earthy hop, light spice. Taste comprises pine, biscuit, charr, caramel, light cocoa, tofee, spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with an earthy hop finale. Ok CDA.

0,5l bottle at home from trade with lordrakos, big thanks. BB 03.04.2017. almost black color, small tan head. smells quite nice exotic fruity at first, grapefruit, mango, after a while, some dark bread, cocoa, hazelnut notes, nice smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of dark bread, some earthy notes, lemon grass, of grass, herbs. finishes lightly to medium bitter with notes of dark bread, lemon grass and some spices. quite good but overall a bit weird balance. but quite drinkable.
