Keg at BD Camden, 24/10/16. Reddish amber with a decent light beige cap. Nose is jammy berry fruits, toasted bread, sweet malt, light syrup, grains, earthy hop notes. Taste comprises blood orange, toasted grains, bread dough, sweet caramel, toffee, subtle coffee grinds. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with hop bitterness present. Ok for style if a touch too sweet for my liking.

Keg at BDSB - London. Pours unclear amber-gold with a creamy crown. The nose holds leafy and woodsy hops, caramel, crackers. Light to medium sweet flavour with rindy, ripe citrus fruits, some jammy orange, more crackery malts, pine. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous in the finish with piney and grassy bitterness, some toasted caramel. Not bad.

Keg at BD SB. It pours cloudy deep red - amber with a medium off-white head. The aroma is rich malty action, jammy fruits, berry, toasty and a big hit of coffee. The taste is very bitter, piney, resinous, orange peel, earthy roast, loads of coffee, jammy, mild astringency, wood and some alcohol with a linger very dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Don’t get so much maple though. Good fun anyhow.
