Craft 100. Clapham. Cask as ’Chilli IPA Mosaic’. Hazy gold beer, bubbly white head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Nice condition. Light mango led tropical fruits, floral sweetness. Modest pine. A nice touch of chilli warmth, not overdone. Light finish leaves the chilli lingering on. IPA I reckon!

Cask at Craft 100, 06/10/16, Partizan rate #200. Hazed golden orange with a decent off White head. Nose is tangerine, straw, light pine whisper, earthy citric rinds, light peppery spice. Taste comprises mango, subtle chilli burn, hint of plastic, toasted grains, orange, straw. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a kick of spice balanced with earthy hop bitterness. Good balance and solid for the style but like most spiced beers I wouldn’t look to session on this one !

Cask at Craft 100 - fall 2016. Pours lightly hazy gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has some rindy citrus noes, a little green pepper. Light to medium sweet flavour with flavour with some juicy tangerine, restrained chili burn, some pale bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation: finaihes with further citrusy hops, melon, tangerine, some bitter orange rind, peppery burn on the throat. Good stuff for what it is.

Keg at Craft 100. It pours cloudy dirty blonde with a medium white head. The aroma is big, juicy, candied orange, mango, passion fruit, fruit punch and light peppery spice. The taste is dry, bitter, pine, resin, peppery, chilli spice, green veg, mango salsa, passion fruit, marmalade and apricot with a dry, spicy finish. Medium body and average carbonation. I quite like the chilli and fruit balance. Good for style.
