Cool pine aroma. Taste is strong citrus hop bitterness that fades to a subtle sweetness. Hop aftertaste.

Can from Premier Gourmet. Copper coloured. Lots of caramel malts. Pine hops, quite harsh and bitter, not much else going on. Not good at all.

Bottleshare at Leighton’s gaff. Big thanks to Leighton for the can. Light haze on this amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, mildly sweet. Bitter orange peel, tangy bitterness. Bitter lemon into a dry and spicy finish. Not bad at all.

Can shared at Leighton’s place 31/05/2017. Many thanks to Leighton for this one. A light hazed deep orange coloured pour with a lasting fine white head. Aroma is light biscuity grains, hint of caramel, orange rind, tangerine little solvent. Flavour is composed of little caramel, grassy citrus, solvent, marmalade, hot alcohol, . Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation, hot alcohol. Passable.

Can care of LKS. It pours cloudy orange - amber with a medium beige head. The aroma is sweet, sticky, oily, orange marmalade, decent malty backbone and bread. The taste is drying, bitter, floral, orange marmalade, resin, dirty pine, alcohol warmth and waxy citrus with a drying finish. Medium body and average, foamy carbonation. A bit malty, but not bad.

Can shared in London - picked up in Buffalo. Pours clear orange with a creamy, off-white head. The nose holds fairly rich bready malts, nips of caramel, ripening citrus, orange, light pine. Medium sweet flavour with some gummy citrus, grainy pale malts, moderate piney bitterness, orange rind. Medium to full bodied, chewy, with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with some boozy warmth, gooey pine, rindy citrus. This one seems like a bit of a throwback. Drinkable stuff.

Taste comprises tangerine, floral notes, light grapefruit, straw, soft bread, apricot. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with grassy to floral hop bitterness. Ok stuff but nothing Id revisit.
