Nose is lemon drizzle, light spice, damp straw, red berry must, dried fruits. Taste comprises tangy citric rinds, red berry sour, grains, balsa wood, dried apricot. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a restrained acdic curtain call. Ok sour for the ABV.

Bottle shared in London - thanks to Scopey. Pours clear pink-gold with a creamy, white head. Some particulates. Tangy lemons and pale berries in the nose, acid, wheat. Light sweet flavour with sturdy acidity, grapefruit, peach. Light bodied with spritzy carbonation. Drying finish, acidic and quenching, more tart lemon. Not bad.

Bottle shared at level 42. It pours lightly hazy pale peach with a tiny white head. The aroma is earthy, musty, damp leaves, funk, dirt, manure, spice and berry yoghurt. The taste is dry, tart, bitter, lactic, creamy, sour berries, blackberry, sharp acidity, funky, gooseberry and sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and thick, oily mouth - feel. White thick and oily. An interesting one.

Bottle. Beer Central, Sheffield. As Lost Industry Foraged - Autumn 2016. Colour of pink grapefruit juice. No head. Nose has an earthy, elderberry sourness. Barely ripe blackberry. Don’t know about tayberry, but there’s a raspberry note in there. Some damp, grainy malts as a backdrop. Taste has a nice balance of sweet and sour, turning slightly acidic. Light body. Fine carbonation. More acidity. Sweet and sour finish. The fruit comes through nicely.
