To celebrate the annual winter harvest, we zested and juiced 283kg of Marrakesh's finest Bergamot lemons. Added after fermentation to preserve their delicate flavour, the Bergamots have imparted their unique, fresh, fragrant, and floral flavours to this fruit forward kettle sour.

Keg at BD Soho, 19/04/17. Hazed orange with a decent off White head that collapses to a swirl. Nose is orange zest, floral whisper, citric sherbets, tarte tropicana, damp straw. Taste comprises lemon rind, sharp tangerine, damp hay, sour skittles, light perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light floral hop presence and a mellow puckering sensation. Solid low ABV sour ... lots of flavour and refreshes to boot !

18/IV/17 - 44cl can from a trade @ American BBQ Guy Tasting (ElManana+1's place) - BB: VI/2017 (2017-457) Thanks to Val and Neill for the trade!
Slightly hazy orange beer, small to no head, practically non adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, citrus, orange peel, spicy, lots of bergamot, sweet, some almonds. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: soft acidity, lots of lemon, orange juice, so that's the bergamot I suppose. Aftertaste: fruity, some grapefruit, citrus flavour, lemony, soft acidity.

440ml can. Pours a hazy golden yellow, thin white head. Aroma is zesty bergamot lemon. Taste is crisp, tart sour with very well-integrated lemon. Super refreshing with excellent clarity of fruit flavour. Another winner.

Can. Very hazy gold beer, good cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and finely crisp. Tart lemon and orange, quite bright, little tangerine. That’s about it, simple but pleasingly fruity.

440ml can. Pours cloudy/murky golden, no head. Aroma is very lemony, citrus, floral, little bit of wheat. Taste is much the same as the aroma, predominantly lemon, lime, citrus, zesty, tart, sour, but very drinkable. Medium body and carbonation. Quite nice a bit like lemonade/beer hybrid.
