At the brewery bottle: pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is deep and thick citrusy fruitiness and fleurs. Taste is fairly bitter. With a sweet and pungent fruitiness backing it up. Kind of intense.

Bottle split at Happy New Years L42 Shim Sham, thanks to LKS, 12/01/17. Hazed golden with a decent off white covering. Nose is tropical fruit punch, tangerine, citric doused straw, melon. Taste comprises tangerine, citric sherbets, melon, bread dough, straw, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough IPA.

T42 Bottleshare. Big thanks to Leighton for this BA IPA. Very hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has good fine carbonation. Light malts, mildly sweet. Okay sweetness emerges along with mild vanilla. Nice fresh orangey hop with a little orange peel. Light crisp finish. Nicely done, good hops with a very light barrel touch. Really - what is not to like?

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Jow for the trade. Pours hazy gold with a frothy, white head. Good juicy hop aroma, orange and tangerine, light pine. Medium sweet flavour with more tangerine, orange, pine. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Good balance in the finish, more light pine, lemon and tangerine, pine needles, pale bread. Good stuff.

Strikes an interesting balance between IPA and almost a farmhouse vibe. Citrus, pine and some bubblegum. Pours orange with OK head. Only a hint of barrel and the freshness of hops doesn’t seem to suffer. Bitter finish. Tap at proletariat.

Cask @ Albion. Hazy briht orange with large off-white foamy head, grassy hops aroma, low carbonation, balanced hoppy taste, longish finish. Nice and balanced brew.
