Fermented using champagne yeast and finished using Belle Saison yeast, then aged in Seguin white wine barrels. Drink fresh - Cloudwater advise aging could lead to over-carbonation!

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to the team. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has decent fine carhonation. Very light malts into pleasant grape. Very mild citrus. A mild winey tang. Light finish. Pleasantly winey and easy drinking.

Bottle. Bier Huis, Ossett. Hazy gold. Film of sticky, white head. Nose has buttery, bready malts. Loads of granary. Grassy hop. Some lemon rind. At the back of that, there’s a bit of a strawberry and plum fruitiness. Smells pretty good. Taste has a fruity sweetness. Not much going on besides that, really. Oily mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Short, watery sweet finish.
