Tasting at SF; 9.5% ABV
Dark brown color. Soapy and boozy aroma of roasted malts. The body is off dry, the flavor is a bit chocolatey, a bit earthy, with strong alcohol feeling. Good.

Dark brown. With a thin head. Ok, there’s some coffee on the nose, but with some chocolate...it’s ok impy, the coffee is noticeable but somewhat innocuous. Nothing wrong with it, but not exciting me either.

A deep dark imperial stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, nice chocolate malt with light grassy hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with nice vanilla extract, coffee grind, musty character, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. Bottle at brewery.
