We love the grassy notes of classic British hops we racked our brains for weeks to try to figure out how to bring out these qualities in our beer. Then Jo joked “Why don't you just add grass?” So we did. Thanks Jo.
Classic IPA with a twist of Hay! Brewed with Sweet Meadow hay from St Fagans.

33cl bottle @ 3rd Niamey craft beer tasting, merci Willy as St Fagans Hay.

Hackney Bottleshare. Thanks to Danny. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has a decent fine minerally crispness. Thin malts, some sweetness. A fair does of tangy banana esters. A little dry pithy citrus. Light dry finish. It's a bit messy.

Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Danny boy. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds pale paper, lemon peel, pale bread and straw. Light sweet flavour with some grassy bitterness, lemon meringue, crusty bread, more pale grains, straw. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with some husky bitterness, more white bread, peach, paper. So so overall.

500ml bottle from Discount Supermarket, Cardiff, shared on the train to Birmingham Beer Bash 2016. Pours hazy yellow, frothy white head. Grassy, floral aroma. Taste is grassy, floral with bitter dandelions and an off-putting dank oxidisation. As such, I struggled to finish this. Shame.
