Keg on the brewery tap split with Stevoj on our Oxford crawl, 19/05/18. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white head that retains well. Nose is citric sherbets, mellow green berry funk, damp straw. Taste comprises lemon sherbet, mellow acidic pinch, balsa wood, grass, faint herb, gooseberries, lemon peel. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, semi drying close with a gentle pucker. Ok simple sour.

Hazy golden, small creamy head. Aroma is tart and yeast. Tadte brings in some citrus, sourdough. Nice feel throughout.

Keg at Peckham. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The aroma is soft, mellow, tangy, sour, yellow plum, nectarine, sherbet, tangy and white bread. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, mellow sourness, peachy, apricot, sherbet, white bread, green apple skin and lemon sherbet with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Bright and quaffable.

Keg at the brewery tap. Yellow orange and slightly glow in the dark. Flat. Pineapple, mango and urinary aroma. Fruity funky sour taste. Short but pleasant pineapple sour finish. A very decent sour without too much intensity.

Bottle at Drunk Dry, Kidlington, Oxon at a MTB evening with Tap Social Movement, Thursday 2nd February 2017. Hazy gold, actually perhaps a little silvery tinge to this, a little hazy. Really refreshing, am getting an initial tartness with suggestions of bramley apple, overipe plum skins, nice soft mouthfeel, a little furniture polish on the nose, this is really very good. Big kudos to Tap Social Movement for unleashing a sour on the unsuspecting folk of Oxfordshire, I can only really recall the likes of Compass and Lovibonds ’intentionally’ releasing sours before these guys.
