Complex is the way we like to make it and boy is this one. 6 malts with oats & a shed load of Oreo biscuits in the mash. In the boil we added 10kg of ancho chili's before finishing off in conditioning with a good measure of cocoa nibs. A very chocolaty beer with a mild heat from the chili fermented with Belgian yeast.
