Floor 42, share a bottle or two! Thanks to Paul for the can. Bright clear burnished gold beer, bubbly cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Smooth thin malts bring a light sweetness. Light floral mid. Bitter dried fruits, trace of toffee. Floral finish. Bitter linger. Clean, no Harvey's egg, but standard bitter.

Can from the brewery. Special release can, wasn’t expecting much or maybe I was expecting something innovative /odd given the tilt Harvey’s has been making towards cans & keg. I was however both reassured and disappointed that this is another gluggable ale from Harvey’s with classic taste from the Harvey’s brewing process (fish / Sussex hops) and I think would be lovely on cask. Biscuity taste, slight smoky / wine finish.
