Beavertown Trillium TTO. Queue rate thanks to Mr Tipple. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry and has decent fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a little fluffy cream. Saison herb and floral bitterness. Touch of orange peel. Tidy straight up Saison.

Bottle. Pours murky pale amber with a huge head, gusher. Aroma is strong yeast and phenols, mineralic, herbs, grassy. Body is medium, typically Belgian dirty candy, quite sweet, mint, low bitterness. Some hop pellet spice on the palate. Warming funky palate. Good.

Bottle shared in the Beavertown queue. Cheers! Pours hazy gold with a tight, creamy white head. A little butter in the nose, dough, hay. Medium sweet flavour with doughy wheat bread, light bitter hay, lemon meringue. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Moderately sweet finish, some further light bitter, hay, wheat. So so.

Bottle in the Trillium queue. It pours lightly hazy gold with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, fragrant, lemon - lime, straw, white bread and spice. The taste is crisp, dry, bitter, straw, grass, light spice, soda water and citrus peel with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A bit light. Not bad.

Bouteille 33cl de la Cave à Bières, Yverdon. Bottled 03/2017, BB 12/2017, batch#41.
