Bottle from DotW Zurich HB. Pours hazy yellow with a big head. Aroma is coriander, grapefruit, wheat, yeast. Body is medium with a strong lively carbonation, with a rather thin malt backbone and a dominant bitterness, mostly from the grapefruit. Low fruit, but it still lifts the beer up. Almost chewy. Dry shortish palate. Good.
