Saison in stampo belga, arricchita con bacche di rosa canina e fiori d’ibisco.
Colore rosa antico, frizzantezza vivace e schiuma persistente.
Al naso e in bocca si percepisce la rusticità del lievito, del grano e delle segale. Poco amara e alcool ben nascosto.
Il finale floreale e speziato la rende adatta a gran parte delle pietanze, pur essendo piacevole anche lontano dai pasti.

0.3 l tap. Pours cloudy red with a small creamy head. Dried fruits, cranberries, some pine honey, dark cherries, cola nut, nutmeg, acetic. Malty sweetness, slightly sour, dry bitterness. Full bodied, oily texture, dry bittersweet and slightly sour finish. Rather complex Saison which gets better with every sip, but too malty for a Saison imo.

Bottle in Taormina, looking over Etna, 3rd June 19. Pours a hazy orange, aroma is funk. Taste is typical saison, farmyard, yeast and citrus. Quite nice

Bottle shared on Level 42, 05/02/2018. Many thanks! A hazy orange coloured pour with a a fine white head. Aroma is earthy, nutty malts, airy tangerine, dusty grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tangerien, spicy citrus, orange rind, dusty carboantion, light grains, wheat. Palate si dusty, highish carbonation, light tangy, dusty.

Bottle split at L42, picked up in Palermo, 05/02/18. Hazed golden with a decenf off white cap. Nose is floral, yeast esters, strawberriwa, grass, light spice and herbs. Taste comprises lemon rind, earthy, grains, floral notes, yeast esters, light white peppery spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough refreshment delivering saison.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Cloj. Pours hazy orange-gold with a creamy, white head. Nice aroma, some saison yeast, lemon peel. Light sweet flavour with notes of wheat flakes, more saison yeast, hay, lemon peel. Light to medium sweet flavour with fine carbonation. Somewhat dry in the finish, more wheat flakes, lemon rind, yeast. Good stuff.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Cloin. Light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is airy, semi dry, very mild carbonation. Soft grainy malts, little cream. Some herb and spice. Light dry tangy finish. Nothing out the ordinary here, standard saison.
